Where does Milk Therapy Candles ship?

I currently ship to all states in the US - including APO/FPO/DPO. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Due to COVID-19 I am unfortunately only shipping domestically. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

I follow USPS/UPS shipping rates. I also run occasional free shipping promotions which will be posted in the Announcement Bar, on our Homepage, or on Social Media.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed, packed, and shipped 2-5 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email/ form of contact with your tracking info the day your order has shipped. If the order was placed through social media, you will be directly messaged the tracking information. Please allow at least 1-2 days for shipping info to be updated.

Custom orders or bulk orders may take up to 7-14 days to process depending on the order details received. Custom candles are considered fresh candles, so they will need at least a week to properly set and cure. Due to COVID-19 and the current state of all domestic shipment services, delays may possibly occur. You will receive a time estimation upon placing your order for custom or bulk orders.

Need your package sooner? PLEASE EMAIL- I try my best to make sure orders make it in time for a special day. If it is a gift, let me know and I can make your order a little extra special.

How can I update or change my order?

Updates/ changes such as address change or if you would like to add on to an existing order, can be made through EMAIL or SOCIAL MEDIA.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

You should receive a confirmation email after your purchase as long as an email address is provided during checkout. After you receive your email, please allow 2-3 days for tracking info to be updated. You will be notified of any updates to your order via email.
